A Check-out;

  þ  works in conjunction with the inventory and check-in

  þ  is the process undertaken with the tenant at the conclusion of tenancy and

  þ  details the meter readings (and the point at which tenant ceases responsibility) and

  þ  details the number of keys returned by the tenant

  þ  details any concerns by the tenant which have arisen during the period of tenancy

  þ  details any structural, domestic or decorative changes and

  þ  recommends any deductions arising and 

  þ  is the final document in any arbitration between parties ensuring a rapid conclusion to disputes with the fairest deductions / returns being made (if any)
