Welcome to Digital Inventory
Digital Inventory stand as a company dedicated to raising inventory standards.
Strengthening our integrity and reputation in the market place, all for the benefit of the letting community at large.
As well as providing the standard written report, we also include static digital photographs and can also provide a full DVD of the property which gives both visual and audio evidence.
Since the introduction of the DVD to our portfolio we have maintained a 0% dispute margin for over 5 years now, further strengthening our process and enabling full involvement with all parties at check out stage thus preventing extended and expensive court settlements.
We are here to protect all parties; the letting agent, the landlord and the tenant.
